Edouard Vanbelle 0e09cb81ff feat(transcode): transcode_import drains .transcoded/, re-keying as it goes
The twin of thumb_derived_import, with the difference that shapes the
whole job: the legacy tree is keyed by FILE (`{file_id}.webp`) while the
destination is keyed by CONTENT. Thumbnail sidecars were already named
by blob hash, so importing them was a move; every entry here has to be
resolved through storage.files first.

That re-keying is the point rather than bookkeeping. A sandbox with five
.skip markers had three of them naming the same image, so the file-keyed
tree stored one verdict three times. After the import it is one row, and
any future upload of those bytes inherits it instead of paying for the
decision again.

Both artifact kinds are claimed by one walk: `{id}.webp` becomes a
derived Blob, `{id}.webp.skip` becomes a negative row. They share a
source file and a cursor, so splitting them into two passes would be two
chances for the pair to disagree about what had been handled. `.skip` is
matched BEFORE `.webp` — the shorter suffix matches a marker too, and
getting that backwards would read a zero-byte file and store it as the
transcode of its source, then serve it to clients. There is a test.

Entries whose file is gone cannot be re-keyed at all, so they are
reported and, under repair, deleted: unimportable by definition, and a
run that keeps rediscovering them never reports zero, so the gate for
removing the directory never opens.

Deletion reuses verify_and_unlink, so a cached transcode is removed only
after its stored replacement reads back byte-identical. Directory removal
follows the same rule as .thumbnails/ — delete, and only rename aside if
a non-cache file is in the way.

The batch checkpoint is a shared helper rather than inline at both exits
of the loop body. The first draft duplicated it and dropped the future on
the skip path without awaiting: the entry counted toward the batch, the
cursor never advanced, and a resumed run would have rewalked everything
it had already handled.

Edouard Vanbelle f1f327a6c4 refactor(consistency): blobs_consistency reads only the database
`blobs_consistency` probed `blob_exists` once per row and, under
`?deep=true`, read and re-hashed every blob. `backend_consistency`
already reports the same `blob_missing_from_backend` from its
merge-join — so the probe was duplicated work that found strictly less
(a DB walk cannot see backend-only orphans by construction) at N round
-trips instead of one enumeration. Every scheduled sweep paid for it.

All three physical checks move to `backend_consistency`:

* `blob_missing_from_backend` was already there; the duplicate is gone.
* `blob_corrupted` / `blob_unreadable` hook the matched arm of the
merge-join, which holds exactly the key pairs worth reading. Guarded
by `in_range` so a pair past the horizon is not read twice, and
`params.deep` is persisted on a fresh run and read back on resume so
a paused deep scan does not silently continue shallow.

Deep mode belongs there because it is backend work end to end: the
only DB input is the hash. Keeping it in `blobs_consistency` forced
that tenant to carry a backend for one flag.

What remains is the half that needs no backend: `refcount_mismatch`
and its repair. The constructor drops from five parameters to two —
no backend, no storage_entries, no storage_path_fallback — and
`?storage=<name>` / `?deep=true` are now inert there, which the
job description says outright.

`affected_files` is needed by both tenants, so it moves to a shared
`blob_diagnostics` module rather than being copied.
`PROBED_STORAGE_PARAM` moves to `backend_consistency`: it was defined
in `blobs_consistency` and re-exported, which is backwards once the
DB-only tenant has no entry to scope. The create-grace window goes
with the probe — it existed to avoid flagging a blob whose bytes had
landed before its row, and the refcount comparison reads one
consistent snapshot.

Known cost: `backend_consistency` returns `backend_unenumerable` on
Azure and mid-migration, so on those configs missing bytes now go
unreported where the per-row probe caught them. That argues for the
Azure enumeration impl, not for keeping the probe.

Edouard Vanbelle b3221e265d feat(consistency): satellites_consistency covers both tables, and the sweep covers every job
Extends the derived check to `file_attached_blobs` and renames it, since
the two tables are one concept — the content-keyed and file-keyed halves
of "things attached to a Blob" — and `storage.copy_file_satellites`
already established the vocabulary.

The attached half is the one that cannot be recovered.
`attached_dangling_blob` is data_loss with `recoverable: false`: those
bytes were user-supplied and have no server-side render path, so nothing
can regenerate them. Its derived twin carries `recoverable: true`,
because a derived artifact is a pure function of its source and
re-rendering restores it. Same finding shape, materially different
stakes, and the detail says which.

No orphan-mapping check on the attached side, deliberately: `file_id` is
ON DELETE CASCADE, so a row cannot outlive its file. The database
enforces what the derived table cannot, since a content hash has no row
to point a foreign key at — which is exactly why only that half could
rot.

One job walking two tables needs a phase in the cursor, or an attached
checkpoint would be replayed against the derived table and silently
re-scan or skip.

Two things the sweep was missing, found while checking whether every
consistency job is actually exercised:

drives_consistency and folders_consistency were registered but never
run by any test. Now included; the list is exhaustive by intent.

An unknown job was a warning-and-skip. That protected feature-gated
builds at the cost of something worse: this list said
`derived_consistency` for one commit after the rename and would have
dropped that coverage without a word, leaving the suite green over a
check that no longer ran. It fails now.

Edouard Vanbelle 4fef34b230 feat(consistency): derived_consistency — the last coverage-matrix gap
Finds derived mappings whose Blob is gone on either side. Nothing else
can, and that is the point rather than an oversight: every other job
reasons from a Blob outwards, so a row whose SOURCE was reaped breaks
none of their invariants — valid reference, exactly correct refcount,
bytes present on the backend. Every check agrees the system is healthy
while the artifact is pinned forever. A leak that looks like
correctness, which is why it took four suite runs to name.

Two findings:

  derived_orphan_mapping (inconsistent) — source_hash has neither a
manifest nor a blob row, so purge_derived_blobs can never fire for it.
Storage that grows and never reclaims.

  derived_dangling_blob (data_loss) — blob_hash has no Blob behind it.
The mapping promises an artifact that is gone, so a read finds the row
  and then fails.

Existence means EITHER table on both sides, since source_hash and
blob_hash each name a Blob: a manifest for CDC content, a bare blob row
for legacy whole-file content. Checking one would report every legacy
blob as missing.

Paged on the full primary key with a row-value comparison rather than
source_hash alone — a source has several variants, so a page boundary
can fall inside one and advancing by source would skip the rest. Both
existence probes fold into the page query, so a page is one round-trip
rather than 2xN. Cursor round-trip is tested, including that a malformed
one fails loudly: silently restarting would make a paged audit
under-report, which is the worst failure available to a job whose
purpose is finding what is missing.

e4c78ae0 stops new orphans at the write side; this finds the ones
already on disk, which that fix cannot reach. Added to the end-of-suite
sweep so it runs against real state every time.

Edouard Vanbelle 7a2ebe0fdc feat(storage): thumb_attached_import — backfill uploaded previews
Twin of thumb_derived_import, for the other sidecar shape:
{thumbnails_root}/{size}/ext-{file_id}.jpg, the previews a user
uploaded — notably the SPA's client-side PDF generator, which has no
server-side render path at all.

Until a row exists, a copy of the file LOSES the preview: the sidecar is
keyed by file_id, no copy path duplicates it, and the server silently
falls back to rendering from the source, or to nothing for a PDF. That
is the bug file_attached_blobs closed for new uploads; this closes it
for everything already on disk.

Separate job rather than an arm of the derived import, because the
keying differs and that difference is the security boundary. These bytes
are not derivable from the file's content, so content-keying them would
share one user's uploaded preview onto every file with identical
content. Each job's name filter rejects the other's shape, and both
directions are under test.

Idempotence needs more care here than in the derived twin.
store_attached_blob is ON CONFLICT DO UPDATE, so calling it for an
existing row releases the previous reference and takes a new one —
harmless once, but a job doing it every run would churn refcounts. The
row is therefore checked first and the store reached only on a genuine
insert.

uploaded_by is the nil sentinel: disk records no uploader, and inventing
one — the file's created_by, say — would fabricate provenance that could
later read as evidence an Editor replaced someone's preview. The column
is NOT NULL with no FK precisely so provenance survives, and a sentinel
says "unknown" honestly.

Orphaned sidecars (no storage.files row) are counted and reported, not
deleted. This job imports; it does not reclaim. Existence is checked
explicitly rather than letting the foreign key reject the insert, so an
orphan is counted as one instead of surfacing as an opaque constraint
error.

Edouard Vanbelle f80a28763e feat(storage): thumb_derived_import — backfill the derived tier from sidecars
First half of step 10. Every server-rendered thumbnail written before
content_derived_blobs existed lives only as
{thumbnails_root}/{size}/{hash}.webp — local-disk state that another
instance cannot see, a backend migration does not carry, and no
consistency job covers. This walks those files into the blob store and
records the mapping, so the derived tier can become authoritative and
the sidecar can be deleted.

A registered JobRegistry tenant rather than a script: the volume is
unbounded, so it needs a cursor, resume, cooperative cancel and run
history, and an operator needs somewhere to watch it. Cursor is
{size_dir}/{filename} over a sorted walk, which totally orders the
traversal.

Idempotent by construction — each file is skipped when a row already
exists, and store_derived_blob is ON CONFLICT DO NOTHING with
release-on-conflict beneath it, so re-runs cannot inflate refcounts.
Re-running is the expected operator behaviour, since Phase 3 (deleting
the sidecars) is gated on a run reporting zero imported.

hash_from_sidecar_name deliberately rejects ext-{file_id}.jpg. Those
bytes are user-supplied and file-keyed; importing them here would
content-key them and share one user's uploaded preview onto every file
with identical content. They belong to thumb_attached_import. Both the
accept and the reject set are under test.

Unreadable files and store failures record a finding and continue: a
sidecar removed by a concurrent GC unlink between listing and read is
expected, not fatal, and the file is left in place for the next run.

Registered unconditionally rather than behind a flag — a migration
nobody can find is a migration nobody runs.

Edouard Vanbelle 213e1c553a feat(consistency): reconcile chunk_manifests.ref_count
Step 3 (prerequisite 2) of docs/plan/derived-blobs.md, and the last one
before the thumbnail slice.

There are two reference counters and only one was ever verified.
add_reference bumps chunk_manifests.ref_count first and only falls back
to storage.blobs.ref_count, so a reference lands on whichever counter
its hash names: chunk references feed storage.blobs and are reconciled
by blobs_consistency::refcount_mismatch, while Blob references — every
CDC file, and every derived artifact once those exist — feed
chunk_manifests.ref_count, which nothing reconciled.

That gap was survivable only because dedup_gc's reap predicate carried a
second clause ("no storage.files row references this manifest") that
quietly compensated for drift on the bulk-delete paths where ref_count
is never decremented. Generalising that clause to the reference registry
in 1c8ead49 — so thumbnails stop being reaped — removed the
compensation, which is precisely why the counter now needs checking
directly. The two changes have to ship together.

Adds manifests_consistency, a recoverable job reporting
manifest_refcount_mismatch (severity inconsistent). The finding carries
reap_risk so an operator can triage: an under-count means GC reaps a
manifest whose content is still reachable, taking its chunks with it,
while an over-count merely pins storage.

A separate job rather than a second phase of blobs_consistency: one
subject per job, as the other five consistency tenants do, and it avoids
changing the cursor format of an existing recoverable job — which would
strand any run paused across the deploy.

The page query is assembled from the same registry dedup_gc reaps from
(via DedupService::reference_registry), built once at construction, and
pinned by a golden test. Two invariants the test guards: the files term
carries no NOT EXISTS guard — that guard keeps CDC rows out of the
*chunk* level and here would count nothing — and chunk_hashes appears
nowhere, since a manifest citing its own chunks is not a referrer of
itself.

fmt, clippy --all-features --all-targets, and 3 new unit tests clean.

Bradley Nelson 9f4bc54113 Merge upstream/main into feat/external-file-mounts
Resolve conflicts between the external-file-mounts feature and upstream's
D5/D7 refactor (per-file provenance, keyset pagination, cross-drive move
gates, resource-access hook, folder-cascade lifecycle hook).

Key resolutions:
- FolderService::new now takes (repo, authz, file_lifecycle, mount_router);
  all callers + DI updated.
- FileRetrievalService / FileManagementService keep both the mount_router
  and the new resource_access_hook / drive_repo / storage_usage wiring.
- list_files_batch_with_perms: adapt the mount branch from offset- to
  keyset (after_name) pagination, mirroring paginate_mount_entries.
- download_file_impl: keep upstream's &HeaderMap + `impl IntoResponse + use<>`
  signature, retain the mount-download branch.
- Mount DTOs: the retired `owner_id` field maps onto created_by/updated_by
(the mount owner) — the fields the frontend now uses for owner display.
- admin/+page.svelte: keep upstream's user-delete modal + the 'mounts' tab.
- Bump memmap2 0.9.10 -> 0.9.11 (RUSTSEC critical advisory fix) and
regenerate Cargo.lock against the merged Cargo.toml.

Bradley Nelson 3c31695579 feat(mounts): external file mounts P1 — pluggable provider + read-only REST
Adds the foundation for external file mounts: admin-configured backends
(raw host filesystem in v1; sftp/webdav/… as future provider kinds) surfaced
as a folder inside a user's drive. Mount contents are virtual/live-passthrough
— read straight from the backend, never stored in storage.files — and are a
deliberately separate, limited storage type (no dedup/sharing/trash/search).
The feature is dark by default (OXICLOUD_ENABLE_EXTERNAL_MOUNTS=false).

P1 scope (this PR): data model, the pluggable provider abstraction, and the
read-only REST surface (mount listing + download). Read-write (P2),
WebDAV/NextCloud path resolution (P3), and the admin UI (P4) follow.

Core model
- Mount root = a real storage.folders row; authorization for everything inside
collapses onto that folder UUID (ltree-ancestry grant cascade).
- Children are virtual, addressed by ext:<mount_id>:<base64url(node_id)> where
node_id is provider-owned and opaque to the rest of the system.
- A lock-free (arc-swap) MountRegistry maps mount-root UUID -> provider; a thin
MountRouter::classify() is the single cheap hook handlers call before parsing
an id as a UUID. With no mounts configured it always returns Regular, so
  existing code paths are unchanged.

Added
- migrations/20260805000000_external_mounts.sql (storage.external_mounts, kind + config JSONB)
- domain/services/external_mount_id (id envelope + virtual etags)
- application/ports/external_mount_ports (ExternalMountProvider, MountProviderFactory, repo port)
- infrastructure local_fs_mount_provider (tokio::fs, symlink-escape-safe) + factory
- application MountRegistry + MountRouter, pg ExternalMountRepository
- DI wiring (AppState.mount_router), FeaturesConfig.enable_external_mounts
- listing branch (FolderService::list_mount_dir_with_perms + folder_handler) and
download branch (FileRetrievalService stat/open mount methods + file_handler)

Authorization stays in the service layer (authz.require(Resource::Folder(mount_id)));
handlers only classify. Cross-backend operations are out of scope for P1.

Tests: 529 unit tests + 5 testcontainers integration tests (real Postgres 17),
including end-to-end authorization (owner allowed, stranger denied). Line
coverage of the new modules is 84–100% (cargo-llvm-cov). Known gap:
file_handler::download_mount_file (HTTP glue) needs a full-app test (P4).

DioCrafts 5722481c4a feat(thumbnails): server-side video thumbnails via ffmpeg
Videos now get a thumbnail generated eagerly server-side on upload, through
the same WebP/blob-hash pipeline as photos — instead of the old browser path
that only ran when the Photos grid first rendered a video tile, re-downloaded
the whole video to seek a frame, and PUT 3 JPEGs back (and produced nothing at
all for HEVC/.mov, which a browser <video> cannot decode).

- New VideoFramePort (application) + FfmpegVideoFrameService / NoopVideoFrameService
(infrastructure): shell out to the system ffmpeg (no compile-time libav dep),
extract one representative frame as PNG, bounded by its own semaphore + a
per-process timeout + kill_on_drop. Noop when ffmpeg is absent/disabled, so
videos degrade gracefully to no thumbnail.
- ThumbnailRefreshHook.on_file_created routes video/* to
generate_video_thumbnails_background: stream the (decrypted, reassembled) blob
to a size- and time-bounded temp file on the data volume, extract a frame, and
reuse the shared render_and_persist_all_webp helper — so video thumbnails are
WebP, blob-hash keyed (dedup'd) and content-negotiated, exactly like photos.
- GET thumbnail serves the video's WebP to every client (byte-sniffed
  Content-Type); a genuine miss returns 204.
- Config: OXICLOUD_ENABLE_VIDEO_THUMBNAILS (default true, needs ffmpeg detected
  at startup) + OXICLOUD_FFMPEG_PATH / _CONCURRENCY / _TIMEOUT_SECS / _MAX_MB.
- Dockerfile installs ffmpeg in the runtime image.
- Frontend: drop the client-side generateVideoThumb/frameFromVideo re-download
path; the server is now the source of truth.

Benchmark (examples/bench_video_thumbnails.rs, needs ffmpeg): 4/4 codecs incl.
HEVC/.mov produce a thumbnail server-side (was 0% for HEVC); ~50-70 ms/frame in
the background; ~3.9 KB preview WebP; up to ~23x less per-first-view transfer on
the test corpus (far more on real multi-MB clips). Methodology in
benches/VIDEO-THUMB.md.

Hardening from an adversarial review: video render holds the decode_semaphore
like the image path; the ffmpeg scale filter bounds both dimensions; the blob
stream has a timeout; the temp file lives on the data volume; the size cap uses
saturating_mul.

DioCrafts b14c4dc911 perf: cache-stampede coalescing + DB safeguards; ui/i18n fixes
Backend — tail latency & throughput:
- FileContentCache, image transcode, and search now use moka single-flight
(try_get_with / get_or_load) so N concurrent misses for the same key
collapse to one disk read / transcode / query instead of a thundering herd.
  Microbenchmark (128 concurrent on one hot key): 128 loads / p99 ~1023ms
  before vs 1 load / p99 ~32ms after.
- DB: configurable per-statement timeout on the primary pool
(OXICLOUD_DB_STATEMENT_TIMEOUT_SECS, default 30; maintenance pool exempt) so
a runaway query can't pin a connection and starve the pool.
- DB: background pool-saturation monitor
(OXICLOUD_DB_POOL_MONITOR_INTERVAL_SECS) that WARNs as the primary pool nears
exhaustion — the early signal before tail latency cliffs.
- mimalloc: set MIMALLOC_PURGE_DELAY=0 (Dockerfile + compose) so freed pages
return to the OS and RSS tracks the live working set; benchmarked on
musl/aarch64 at ~400MB reclaimed vs 0MB with the default.

Frontend — UI / i18n fixes:
- i18n: fix literal "{{count}}" and "{{percentage}}/{{used}}/{{total}}" in the
selection toolbar and storage line — the call sites passed param names that
didn't match the locale placeholders; unify on `count` and pass the storage
template its params. Add es files.selected_count.
- sidebar: hide the drive picker when there's only one drive (the redundant
"Personal" row); remove the coloured left accent on the active nav item.
- logo: stop clipping the cloud's left bulge — viewBox recentred on the cloud's
true bbox with proportional SVG size so it keeps the same rendered scale.
- user menu: drop the default <a> underline on the link rows.

Claude 12ede47b2c feat(faces): real ONNX face analyzer (SCRFD + ArcFace), opt-in
Implements the last Phase 2 piece: a working face detector/embedder behind
the new `faces-onnx` cargo feature (mirrors how `plugins` gates wasmtime).
Inert by default — the default build is unchanged and ships the no-op
analyzer.

Pipeline (InsightFace/immich pattern): SCRFD detection with 5-point
landmarks → least-squares similarity alignment to the canonical 112×112
template → ArcFace embedding → L2-normalized 512-d vector.

- face_geometry.rs (always compiled, unit-tested): SCRFD anchor/distance
decode, NMS, the closed-form (complex-number) similarity transform,
bilinear affine warp, NCHW normalization, L2-norm, Laplacian sharpness.
11 unit tests cover the error-prone math with no model needed.
- onnx_face_analyzer.rs (feature `faces-onnx`): wires the geometry to ONNX
Runtime via `ort` (load-dynamic, so libonnxruntime is dlopen'd at runtime
and the crate builds without it). Inference runs on spawn_blocking; each
session is serialized behind a Mutex. Loads via `ort::init_from` (fallible)
not ORT's lazy loader, which would panic under `panic = "abort"`.
- config: FacesConfig + OXICLOUD_FACES_{ORT_DYLIB,DETECTOR_MODEL,
  EMBEDDER_MODEL,DET_SIZE,DET_THRESHOLD,NMS_THRESHOLD,INTRA_THREADS}.
- di: build_face_analyzer() loads the real analyzer when the feature is
compiled in and runtime+models are configured; any missing piece or load
failure degrades to the no-op analyzer (logged) so startup never fails.
- ort/ndarray added as optional deps; example.env documents the setup.

Models and the ONNX Runtime dylib are operator-provided at runtime and are
never committed. Cannot be exercised in CI (no models/dylib); the geometry
is unit-tested and the ONNX seam is isolated.

identical blob's faces instead of re-running inference), reindexes on
overwrite, and relies on the DB cascade for deletes. Completely inert when
  no model is ready.
- DI: registers the hook in the FileLifecycleService chain and exposes
PeopleService in AppState — both gated on OXICLOUD_ENABLE_FACES, both
using the default no-op analyzer until the operator wires a real ONNX
  model.

Claude 524e573756 feat(faces): domain entities, ports & no-op analyzer
Phase 2 increment 2:
- domain: Face, Person, BoundingBox, DetectedFace (512-d embeddings).
- ports: FaceAnalyzerPort (detect + embed from raw bytes; decodes internally
so the application layer stays image/ML-crate agnostic) and FaceRepository
  (user-scoped face/person persistence).
- DTOs: PersonDto, FaceBoxDto.
- NoopFaceAnalyzer — reports is_ready()==false and returns no faces, so the
whole People pipeline compiles and runs inert until the operator wires a
  real ONNX-backed analyzer.

DioCrafts 81a93a489b feat: photo/video capture-date pipeline + premium UI/UX overhaul
Backend — Photos timeline now groups by real capture date instead of upload time. New MediaMetadataService (FileLifecycleHook) extracts EXIF DateTimeOriginal from images and container creation_time from videos (mov/mp4/mkv) via nom-exif, timezone-correct (OffsetTimeOriginal), persisting captured_at so the existing media_sort_date trigger takes over. Adds POST /admin/photos/metadata/reextract to backfill existing media. Falls back to upload date when no embedded date exists.

Frontend — premium grid cards: combined metadata line (relative date · size, owner avatar when shared), custom selection checkbox with a clear checked state, uniform full-width 4:3 thumbnail tiles independent of filename length, centered file-type icons, and a hit-test fix so checkbox/star/kebab clicks reach the controls (the decorative thumbnail no longer captures pointer events). Notification messages internationalised across all 16 locales. Broader polish: design tokens, a11y/focus-visible states, brand + PWA assets.

Chore — bump semver-compatible dependencies (cargo upgrade); add nom-exif 3.6.1.

Claude 8dab135090 Add embedded Tantivy full-text content search
/api/search now finds files by CONTENT as well as by name: BM25-ranked
matches over extracted text (PDF, Office OOXML/ODF, plain text/code)
with typo-tolerant fuzzy terms and search-as-you-type prefix matching,
served from an embedded Tantivy index at {storage}/.search-index.

Pipeline (all off the request path, mirroring tree-etag + thumbnails):
- statement triggers on storage.files append to a durable dirty queue
(storage.search_index_dirty) - every write surface (REST, WebDAV,
NextCloud, WOPI, trash) is covered, crash-safe by construction
- ContentIndexWorker drains the queue on the maintenance pool, extracts
text once per unique BLAKE3 blob (storage.blob_extracted_text cache:
  N copies = 1 extraction, renames/moves = 0 re-extraction) and applies
batched single-writer Tantivy commits; queue rows are deleted only
after the commit succeeds (at-least-once, idempotent upserts)
- the index is a derived artifact: a version-marker mismatch wipes and
reseeds it from Postgres, which remains the single source of truth

SearchService merges content hits into the existing name search: hits
are hydrated through ONE SQL round-trip that re-applies user scope,
trash state and every active filter (a stale index id can never leak),
scored below name matches, and returned with a plain-text snippet and
a match_source field. Index failure or
OXICLOUD_ENABLE_CONTENT_SEARCH=false degrades to name-only search; a
discard-only janitor keeps the trigger-fed queue bounded while disabled.

The frontend renders the snippet under the file name in list view.

New dependencies: tantivy 0.26, zip 8.6 (deflate only), pdf-extract 0.10.

abnvle 3bc5c0873b fix(share): password-protected downloads via signed unlock cookie
After successful POST /api/s/{token}/verify, the server issues a
short-lived signed JWT cookie (oxi_share_unlock_<token>; HttpOnly;
SameSite=Lax; 1h TTL). Subsequent /api/s/{token} and
/api/s/{token}/download requests honour the cookie to bypass the
password gate, so password-protected file downloads work end-to-end.

- New module src/infrastructure/services/share_unlock_cookie.rs:
  issue_jwt, verify_jwt, extract_from_cookie_header, build_set_cookie
  + 10 unit tests.
- New ShareService methods issue_unlock_jwt and
  get_shared_link_with_unlock; trait method get_shared_link_by_token
delegates to a private fetch_share_resolved with an
  allow_password_protected flag.
- access_shared_item, verify_shared_item_password, and
  download_shared_file honour the unlock cookie.

Reuses OXICLOUD_JWT_SECRET, no new env var. Auth-token JWTs and
unlock-cookie JWTs cannot be confused: auth requires
username/email/role/jti claims, unlock has only sub/exp/iat.
Cross-share replay rejected via claims.sub == requested_token check.

Diocrafts cd3733b459 feat: pluggable storage backends (S3, Azure, local) with admin UI
Implement 4-phase external storage backends architecture:

Phase 1 - Foundation:
- BlobStorageBackend trait (application/ports/blob_storage_ports.rs)
- LocalBlobBackend: extracted all tokio::fs ops from DedupService
- S3BlobBackend: AWS SDK with custom endpoint support (MinIO, R2, B2)
- DedupService refactored to use Arc<dyn BlobStorageBackend>

Phase 2 - Admin Panel:
- StorageSettingsService with DB persistence + env override
- Storage tab in admin panel (backend selector, S3 form, provider presets)
- GET/PUT/POST endpoints for storage settings + connection test
- i18n keys (en/es) and BEM CSS

Phase 3 - Migration:
- MigrationBlobBackend decorator (dual-read: target-first + source fallback)
- Background migration job with parallel transfers + progress tracking
- Migration UI (progress bar, ETA, pause/resume/verify/complete)
- 6 admin API endpoints for migration lifecycle

Phase 4 - Enterprise Extras:
- CachedBlobBackend: LRU disk cache for remote backends
- EncryptedBlobBackend: AES-256-GCM at-rest encryption
- AzureBlobBackend: Azure Blob Storage support
- RetryBlobBackend: exponential backoff for transient errors
- Decorator composition in DI: retry → encryption → cache

All 223 tests passing, clippy clean, fmt verified.

zjean 54eedf5483 feat(nextcloud): add Nextcloud-compatible API layer
Implement a complete Nextcloud client compatibility layer so that
Nextcloud desktop/mobile sync clients can connect to OxiCloud.

Key additions:
- Login Flow v2 (device auth) with OIDC bridge support
- WebDAV handler compatible with Nextcloud clients (PROPFIND, GET,
PUT, DELETE, MKCOL, MOVE, COPY, HEAD, PROPPATCH)
- OCS API endpoints (user info, capabilities, notifications stubs,
  sharees, unified search)
- Basic Auth middleware with app password verification, account
lockout integration, and blake3-keyed auth cache
- App password management: create, list, revoke via both native
API (JWT-authenticated profile page) and Nextcloud OCS endpoints
- Nextcloud file ID mapping (oc:fileid) with persistent DB storage
- Chunked upload support (Nextcloud v2 chunking protocol)
- Trashbin WebDAV interface
- Avatar (SVG placeholder) and preview (redirect) handlers
- User profile page with app password management UI
- URL user validation on all DAV routes (403 on mismatch)
- Database schema for app_passwords and nextcloud_object_ids tables

All services are behind a `nextcloud.enabled` config flag and
cleanly separated under src/interfaces/nextcloud/.

Jared Wolff cf6d87d805 fix(thumbnails): resolve blob path instead of logical path for thumbnail generation
Since the blob storage migration (3c7c16f), thumbnail generation failed
with "No such file or directory" because the handler constructed logical
file paths that don't exist on disk. Resolve the actual blob path via
get_blob_hash() + dedup_service.blob_path() in both upload and get
thumbnail handlers. Add regression tests.
