Edouard Vanbelle 9f57776ec9 bugfix/thumbnails on update
Bug 1 & 2 (webdav_handler.rs handle_put() update branch):
  - After a successful file update via WebDAV PUT, if the content type is a supported image:
    a. delete_thumbnails(file_id) — evicts the stale moka cache entry
    b. Spawns a background task to read the new blob bytes and call generate_all_sizes_background_from_bytes

  Bug 3 & 4 (dedup_service.rs):
  - Added thumbnail_service: Option<Arc<ThumbnailService>> field with a with_thumbnail_service() builder
  - In remove_legacy_reference(): calls delete_blob_thumbnails(hash) when ref_count hits 0
  - In remove_manifest_reference(): calls delete_blob_thumbnails(file_hash) when manifest's last ref is dropped
  - Wired in di.rs — the thumbnail service is created before dedup service so the ordering works cleanly

Edouard Vanbelle b90fa6f619 security: prevent re-use of refresh token (reduce surface for any stolen token)
Security: session hardening

  Refresh token rotation with theft detection (family_id)
  - Added family_id column to auth.sessions (migration 20260507000000_session_family.sql) grouping all tokens issued from the same login into a family
  - On refresh, the new session inherits the parent's family_id
  - If a revoked token is replayed (indicates the token was stolen after rotation), the entire family is immediately invalidated and a warning is logged — forcing re-authentication on all devices

  SameSite=Strict on refresh cookie
  - Access cookie stays SameSite=Lax (needed for top-level navigation)
  - Refresh cookie upgraded to SameSite=Strict — it is only ever used for explicit POST to /api/auth/refresh, never via cross-site navigation

  Refresh token TTL: 30 days → 7 days
  - With rotation, active sessions auto-renew and effectively never expire
  - Inactive sessions expire after 7 days instead of 30, reducing the theft window

abnvle d15d7b8f8e feat(share): public folder browsing API + range support + zip
Five new public endpoints under /api/s/{token}/...:
  GET /contents
  GET /contents/{folder_id}
  GET /file/{file_id}
  GET /zip
  GET /zip/{folder_id}

All honour the unlock cookie from /verify, so password-protected
folder shares work end-to-end.

Folder/file IDs are validated against the share subtree via a single
ltree containment query (O(log N) on the existing GiST index).
Out-of-scope IDs return 404.

download_shared_file refactored to a Range/304/206/416-aware
serve_share_file helper, shared with the new /file/{file_id}
endpoint. content_disposition extracted from FileHandler so RFC 5987
formatting is identical across auth and share download paths.

Diocrafts cd3733b459 feat: pluggable storage backends (S3, Azure, local) with admin UI
Implement 4-phase external storage backends architecture:

Phase 1 - Foundation:
- BlobStorageBackend trait (application/ports/blob_storage_ports.rs)
- LocalBlobBackend: extracted all tokio::fs ops from DedupService
- S3BlobBackend: AWS SDK with custom endpoint support (MinIO, R2, B2)
- DedupService refactored to use Arc<dyn BlobStorageBackend>

Phase 2 - Admin Panel:
- StorageSettingsService with DB persistence + env override
- Storage tab in admin panel (backend selector, S3 form, provider presets)
- GET/PUT/POST endpoints for storage settings + connection test
- i18n keys (en/es) and BEM CSS

Phase 3 - Migration:
- MigrationBlobBackend decorator (dual-read: target-first + source fallback)
- Background migration job with parallel transfers + progress tracking
- Migration UI (progress bar, ETA, pause/resume/verify/complete)
- 6 admin API endpoints for migration lifecycle

Phase 4 - Enterprise Extras:
- CachedBlobBackend: LRU disk cache for remote backends
- EncryptedBlobBackend: AES-256-GCM at-rest encryption
- AzureBlobBackend: Azure Blob Storage support
- RetryBlobBackend: exponential backoff for transient errors
- Decorator composition in DI: retry → encryption → cache

All 223 tests passing, clippy clean, fmt verified.

Claude dacb8f388e fix(thumbnail): add timeout protection for large image processing
Resolves conflict between main and PR #229 by applying timeout support
on top of main's drop(data) memory optimization. Changes:
- Add thumbnail_generation_ms to TimeoutConfig (default 30s)
- Add generation_timeout field to ThumbnailService
- Wrap spawn_blocking in tokio::time::timeout to prevent hanging
- Update DI to pass timeout from config
- Update tests to provide timeout parameter

BillionClaw 30d6e53fca fix(file): verify target folder ownership on move
When moving a file to a folder, verify that the caller owns the target
folder. Without this check, a file could be moved to another user's
folder, causing the file to "disappear" from the original user's view
since file listings filter by user_id.

- Add folder_repo to FileManagementService
- Add verify_target_folder_owner() method
- Call it in move_file_owned() before moving

BillionClaw 0cbbb6b7ac fix: ARMv7 32-bit compilation overflow
The constant 10 * 1024 * 1024 * 1024 (10 GB) overflows on 32-bit systems
where usize is 32-bit (max ~4GB). This caused compilation failures on
ARMv7 architecture.

Fix by using architecture-appropriate limits:
- 64-bit: 10 GB (unchanged)
- 32-bit: 1 GB (safe maximum for 32-bit usize)

Jared Wolff 1fcd02a519 Fix Nextcloud sync conflict by using content-hash ETags
The Nextcloud Android client compares ETags before and after upload to
verify its write landed. OxiCloud was returning the stable file UUID as
the ETag, which never changed on content updates, causing false
SYNC_CONFLICT errors on every upload.

Five fixes applied:
1. Thread blob_hash (SHA-256) through File entity, FileDto, all read/write
   queries, and all WebDAV/PROPFIND responses as the ETag — changes on
   every content update, no DB migration needed.
2. Honor X-OC-Mtime header: parse the client-supplied mtime and use it
   for updated_at via COALESCE(to_timestamp($n), NOW()).
3. Disable phantom checksum capability (preferredUploadType/supportedTypes)
   that the server never actually implemented, stopping retry loops.
4. Add nc:creation_time and nc:upload_time to PROPFIND responses.
5. Return oc-etag header in chunked upload MOVE (assemble) responses.

Diocrafts 661c9cb688 fix: delete thumbnails when files are permanently deleted
- Inject ThumbnailService into TrashService and FileManagementService
- Call delete_thumbnails() after permanent file deletion in:
  - TrashService::delete_permanently (single item)
  - TrashService::empty_trash (bulk: collects file IDs first)
  - FileManagementService::delete_file
  - FileManagementService::delete_with_cleanup (fallback path)
- All thumbnail cleanup is best-effort (warn on failure, never blocks)
- Prevents orphaned thumbnail files from accumulating on disk

Diocrafts 6b02c10942 perf: complete storage-layer UUID migration — eliminate UUID↔String round-trips
- Domain: Folder.owner_id + File.owner_id → Option<Uuid> (was Option<String>)
- Traits: folder_repository signatures accept Uuid directly (was &str)
- Infra: remove all fi.user_id::text / fo.user_id::text SQL casts in repos
- Infra: remove $N::uuid bind casts (columns are native UUID now)
- Services: eliminate to_string() bridge variables in folder_service,
  search_service, trash_service
- DTOs: boundary conversion to String only at API edge (file_dto, folder_dto)
- Ports: default impls compare Option<Uuid> directly
- Stubs: updated signatures to match trait

13 files changed across domain/application/infrastructure layers.
Compiles clean (cargo check passes).

Diocrafts 06ed0455ce perf: migrate all user/session/auth IDs from VARCHAR(36) to native UUID
- Schema: all ~15 VARCHAR(36) columns → UUID with DEFAULT gen_random_uuid()
- Domain entities: User, Session, DeviceCode, AppPassword, Share → id: Uuid
- DTOs: CurrentUser.id → Uuid (API boundary DTOs keep String for JSON)
- Auth middleware: parse JWT claims.sub (String) → Uuid at boundary
- All repository traits, port traits, service impls updated end-to-end
- Handlers: pass Uuid by value (Copy, 16 bytes) instead of String refs
- Settings chain: updated_by column → Uuid (was text, caused setup crash)
- Removed ~650 lines of String↔Uuid conversion boilerplate
- Eliminates per-request heap allocations for ID cloning
- 16-byte binary comparison vs 36-byte string comparison in all queries
- Native UUID indexing in PostgreSQL (btree on 16 bytes vs 36-char text)

zjean fdbb144cd8 fix(nextcloud): detect MIME type via magic bytes instead of trusting client header
Nextcloud app uploads sent application/octet-stream as Content-Type,
causing images to not be recognized. Now both WebDAV PUT and chunked
upload paths call refine_content_type() which detects via magic bytes,
then extension, then falls back to the client header. Also fixes
update_file() which previously hardcoded application/octet-stream.

zjean 54eedf5483 feat(nextcloud): add Nextcloud-compatible API layer
Implement a complete Nextcloud client compatibility layer so that
Nextcloud desktop/mobile sync clients can connect to OxiCloud.

Key additions:
- Login Flow v2 (device auth) with OIDC bridge support
- WebDAV handler compatible with Nextcloud clients (PROPFIND, GET,
  PUT, DELETE, MKCOL, MOVE, COPY, HEAD, PROPPATCH)
- OCS API endpoints (user info, capabilities, notifications stubs,
  sharees, unified search)
- Basic Auth middleware with app password verification, account
  lockout integration, and blake3-keyed auth cache
- App password management: create, list, revoke via both native
  API (JWT-authenticated profile page) and Nextcloud OCS endpoints
- Nextcloud file ID mapping (oc:fileid) with persistent DB storage
- Chunked upload support (Nextcloud v2 chunking protocol)
- Trashbin WebDAV interface
- Avatar (SVG placeholder) and preview (redirect) handlers
- User profile page with app password management UI
- URL user validation on all DAV routes (403 on mismatch)
- Database schema for app_passwords and nextcloud_object_ids tables

All services are behind a `nextcloud.enabled` config flag and
cleanly separated under src/interfaces/nextcloud/.

Dionisio 98fb3e6408 fix(security): VULN-01 admin escalation + VULN-02 path traversal hardening
VULN-01 - Admin privilege escalation:
- Harden register() to reject is_admin=true
- Add /api/setup endpoint with setup_token for initial admin creation
- Add SetupAdminDto and setup_token to AppState
- Remove dead code from auth handler

VULN-02 - Path traversal (CVSS ~8.6):
- Solution A+E: Harden StoragePath constructors (from_string, new, join)
  to strip '..' and '.' segments and reject slash injection
- Solution B: resolve_path() now returns Result<PathBuf>, calls
  validate_path() internally, and verifies resolved path stays under root
- Update StoragePort trait signature to return Result<PathBuf, DomainError>
- Remove dead code: FilePathResolutionPort, StorageVerificationPort,
  DirectoryManagementPort (declared but never implemented)
- Add 17 security tests covering traversal attack vectors

Claude 78c983136f perf: use Arc<str> for repetitive DTO fields to eliminate clone allocations
Replace String with Arc<str> for fields that contain repeated static
values (mime_type, icon_class, icon_special_class, category) in
FileDto, FolderDto, and OptimizedFileContent.

These fields are computed from ~40 static lookup tables and cloned
on every request. With Arc<str>, clone becomes O(1) atomic increment
instead of O(n) heap allocation — saving thousands of allocations/s
under load.

Fields kept as String: id, name, path, folder_id, owner_id
(unique per item, rarely cloned).

Zero API impact — serde serializes Arc<str> identically to String.

Dionisio b9bf7ba288 perf(webdav): single UNION ALL query for path resolution
Replace the double-query pattern (get_folder_by_path + get_file_by_path)
across PROPFIND, HEAD, DELETE, MOVE, and COPY handlers with a single
UNION ALL query via PathResolverService.

PG Append node short-circuits on LIMIT 1: if the folder branch matches,
the file branch is never executed. Cuts WebDAV path resolution from
2 round-trips to 1 per request.

Also adds an exists() method using EXISTS subqueries for the Overwrite
header checks in MOVE/COPY (avoids constructing full DTOs).

Legacy double-query fallback retained when PathResolver is unavailable.
